This site lets Tampa Bay homeowners request a free lawn diagnostic from ProTurf Property Management. Submitting a request does not create a service contract. Free items described on this site (such as the on-site diagnostic, and seasonal irrigation inspections offered as a sign-up gift to customers) are provided as described at the time of your request, within our service area, and may change or end for future requests.

Any pricing, timelines, or outcomes discussed before an on-site visit are estimates. Lawn results depend on factors outside any company's full control — weather, irrigation, soil, pests, and how the lawn is maintained between visits. Specific service commitments are made in your service agreement, not on this website.

You agree not to misuse the site: no false submissions, no automated scraping, no attempts to interfere with its operation, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

The content of this site — text, photos, design, and branding — belongs to ProTurf Property Management and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the site, and our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it (the site is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of a signed service agreement.

Service texts. When you request or receive service from ProTurf Property Management and provide your phone number, we may text you about that service: appointment confirmations, a heads-up when our technician is on the way (including estimated arrival time), arrival notifications, a summary when treatment is complete, and a follow-up asking you to rate your service with a link to leave a review. These are part of providing your service.

Marketing texts. Only if you check the optional box on our form, we may also send lawn tips, seasonal reminders, and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For all texts: message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing — see our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
