Text Messaging Program & SMS Opt-In

1. Who is sending the messages
ProTurf Property Management("ProTurf") is a licensed and insured residential lawn-care company serving Hillsborough County and the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We operate proturfpmfert.com. This page publicly documents how we collect consent to send text messages, exactly what we send, and how to stop messages at any time.
2. The messages we send
Service and appointment texts. When you request our free lawn diagnostic or receive lawn-care service from ProTurf and provide your phone number, we text you about that service: appointment scheduling and confirmations, a heads-up when our technician is on the way with an estimated arrival time, an arrival notification, a summary when your treatment is complete, an invitation to rate your completed visit, and replies to questions about your own service. Message frequency varies with your service schedule.
Marketing texts (separate, optional). Lawn tips, seasonal reminders, and offers are sent only to customers who additionally check the separate, optional, unchecked-by-default marketing consent box shown on our form (Step 2 below). Declining it has no effect on your diagnostic or service.
3. How you opt in — website form
End users opt in at proturfpmfert.com/free-diagnostic by submitting our lawn-diagnostic request form. The form has two steps, shown below exactly as they appear on the site.
Step 1 of 2 — service-area check
The visitor enters their ZIP code so we can confirm they are inside our Hillsborough-area service zone. No contact information is collected at this step.
Step 2 of 2 — contact details and SMS disclosures
After a valid in-area ZIP, the visitor provides their name and phone number. The SMS disclosures below are displayed with the fields, before the visitor submits anything.

By submitting, you agree to receive appointment and service-related text messages from ProTurf Property Management at the number provided (appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, treatment summaries). For verification: the live form at proturfpmfert.com/free-diagnostic reveals Step 2 after any valid in-service-area ZIP code is entered (for example, 33569 — Riverview, FL). Visitors who do not provide a phone number can browse the entire site freely.
4. How you opt in — by phone
Customers who sign up for service by calling us at (813) 648-1154 provide their phone number and verbal consent to receive the same service and appointment texts described above. The same disclosures apply: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing texts are never sent from a phone signup without separate written opt-in.
5. Frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies with your service schedule and inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) to any message to opt out at any time — you will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (813) 648-1154 or proturfservices@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your service; we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
